Spring Clean Up Continues

Pretty nice weekend of cutting broken trees and cleaning up the woods.  We still have a massive amount to go.

Sunday we were all getting sick of moving heavy logs and brush so Johnny started shredding this log up with the chainsaw. Not sure what it is yet but at least this dude will always be watching the trails.

For lunch Sunday we had a pizza party. Funny Photo!

Saturday Johnny and Joel roasted this fire all day.

Then Adam came and we started building this new line.

Trail Bros

We are super excited about the upcoming Spring season with Zak staying home for a bit and Drew taking a vacation to visit and ride once he is able to get his Visa. Both of these dudes rule with no exeptions and will make riding and building the trails at least double the fun.

Here are some clips of Drew having a blast, BMXFU.

Winter Storm Clean-Up

Spring Cleaning has  been underway and today we were able to bring out the chainsaw to start with some of the heavy tree work. We have a lot of work ahead of ourselves still, but through all the labor good conversations are had and ideas for upcoming projects are shared.

Here are a few snaps showing the progress we made on Overkill

Winter Storm Damage

We hit it big this year.  Lucky winners of some serious wind damage. The Feb 25th storm with sustained winds of 60 MPH and higher gusts up to 75 MPH caused tree damage up the wazoo.  This happened partly due to the unusually warm spring like temperatures creating soft wet soil conditions making the trees more susceptable to damage anyway, either way the wind was horrible.  Definitely the worst winter storm damage we have ever had at these trails.  We have alot of work to do with the chainsaw before we get anywhere close to digging soil this year.  Just look at these trees!  I still can’t believe it.

These are some photos we took while on snowmobile adventures this winter.  Finding views like this is a really exciting bonus when your really only out to ride snowmobiles like a wild idoit and have fun.

Last Snowmobile Adventure of the Year

Johnny and Bill went out on a pretty epic adventure looking for some snow this weekend.  Found a ton of snow again along with beautifull sunny skies and warm temps.  We took a good amount of photos of the scenery and rode a few steep unridden hillclimbs.  Siiiiiiiiked!

Snowmobile Adventure

Due to the lack of snow at home this weekend Johnny went in search of the deep snow.  Found a bunch in Gorham NH and proceeded to shred the nar.  Here is how it looked.  Green sled is Johnny, white sled is Johnny’s Dad, and orange sled is Bill.
