Grooving In Overkill

Adam Spitalny was up the other day for the unveiling of the fourth set. Our day started off freezing, but after running the blow torch and shovel for two hours we had warmed up enough to starting making runs down the hill.  Adam took these here photos of Joel and Johnny inbetween runs throughout the day.

Looks like the man upstairs is impressed.

Fire and Fun

Major soil movement this weekend. Sixth landing in Overkill is looking bigger and better. Some random old guy walking his mt bike though the woods told us he knows Steven King, and he was going to tell him to write a book or film a horror movie about us digging trails or something. WEIRDO! Top five jumps in Overkill are running solid and are fully tarped. Today we made a fire in the fifth gap and roasted over that. When that got old we started to blow up bottles and roast over that. Filmed a few good clips for the Fall video which should be done next weekend.

Rain or Shine Trails Get Built

We have been working hard to get Overkill rideable all the way to the bottom, today was no different even though it was soaking wet. Zak, Johnny and Joel were slippin, slidin and wheelbarrowin through some fairly treacherous mud.

An epically horrific site going over the fifth jump. The fifth landing is finally finished.

Johnny set up a roof to help us stay a little drier through the heavy rainfall, while we drove the wheelbarrow to the sixth landing.

Earlier this week durring a chill session Johnny snapped a quick shot of Joel over the fourth set.
